“Kaytee was my doula and 11/10 would recommend. I had anxiety throughout my first labor after miscarriage but wanted to try and do things as naturally as I could. Although I wasn’t able to achieve that 100%, she helped me and my husband prepare, avoid induction 10 days past due, and navigated us through horrific back labor. I was able to get to 7cm before getting an epidural and she was an advocate, support and constant throughout the whole process. I truly felt so much more calm and capable with her, and my husband shared he’d never want to do it without a doula there helping navigate and advocate. In a space as vulnerable as birth, a doula made a rough labor survivable and even happily memorable. I am so confident it would not have been that way without her and I will forever be grateful for the part she played for us with the birth of our son!”
